On 3 of November 2022, a delegation of 30 students from the City University of Macau, from the Faculty of Business and the Business Law class (BBA - second year), together with students from the Institute of Portuguese-speaking countries (master and Ph.D. program), paid a visit to C&C lawyers.

The purpose of the visit was to learn about practical matters of MSAR commercial law in the context of the business relations between Macau (China) and the Portuguese-speaking countries. Dr. Nuno Sardinha da Mata, one of the associate partners of the lawyers’ firm, welcomed all students, gave a talk about MSAR commercial enterprises their constitution, responsibility and Alternative Dispute Resolution, and lead the delegation to visit C&C venue, introducing several services, namely the notary.

Students had an opportunity to exchange points of view to better understand the role of Macau as a platform between China and the Portuguese-speaking countries.
