On December 17, 2018, Prof.Ip Kuaipeng, the Dean of IROPC, visited the Latin American Research Institute of Hubei University and gave a special lecture. He was warmly welcomed by teachers and students of the Institute of History and   Culture and Latin American Studies. In the lecture, Dean Ip Kuaipeng gave a speech on "The Role of Macao in National     Reform and Opening up and the Status of China-Portugal Platform Construction".
