On March 15,2018,  the forth ' The China's Diplomacy Lecture' was successfully held in City University of Macau. IROPC specially invited Professor Feng Shaolei, who was a lifetime professor of East China Normal University， doctoral supervisor and the director of the Russian Research Center to delivery a speech on Asian Features and China-Russia Relations.
